We have two offices conveniently located in Fairfax and Reston, Virginia. All of our physicians are board certified specialists in allergy, asthma and immunology and are committed to providing personalized care for children (8 years and above) and adults with allergic conditions of all kinds. Our services include the evaluation, care and management of allergic rhinitis (hayfever), sinusitis, asthma, hives, animal allergy, stinging insect allergy, food allergy and drug allergy.

Drs. Richard R. Rosenthal, M.D. and Richard A. Nicklas, M.D. were chosen as “Top Doctors” by area physicians. The Washingtonian magazine conducts a survey of area physicians by sending questionnaires to 6,500 randomly selected area physicians asking them which doctors they would send members of their families to in each of 36 medical specialties. Washingtonian magazine then publishes the list of “Top Doctors” in a special issue.
